  • 5 tuna steaks
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoons chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • lemon juice from half a lemon
  • olive oil
  • salf and pepper
tuna steak

Heat the frying pan, and melt the butter. After half a minute add green onion rings and crushed garlic. Meanwhile, season the tuna steaks with salt, pepper and lemon juice (don't trow away the squeezed lemon). Add the chopped capers to the frying pan, mix everything and add the tuna steaks with the squeezed lemon. Fry a few minutes from every side, when almost done add the chopped dill. The steaks are done when they are opaque. Serve with potatoes or a fresh salad.

It looks great! When do you add the olive oil?

U need olive oil to fry the steaks, gives it better flavour if its olive and not something else :)
