Mozzarella and Tomatoes Salad

  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 3 plum (or any other sweet kind of) tomatoes
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • good quality olive oil
  • black pepper

Slice the tomatoes into thin slices, and place them on a plate. Tear the mozzarella and the basil leaves into pieces and put them in the tomatoes. Season with black pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Eat immediately. Great with fresh bread and toasted pine nuts.
