Rinse and dry the chicken breasts. Cut them in half, and if they are too thick (more then one cm), you'll need to flatten them. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Take one half of a chicken breast, dip it in the egg mixture, let it drip for a few seconds. After this put the chicken breast in the flour mixture and cover it with it. Shake off the excess flour, and carefully put it in the hot oil. Fry until golden from both sides. Make sure not to over fry it, just a few minutes on each side will do. Serve hot with some lemon.
