Heat some oil in a wok or a deep skillet. Chop an onion and fry until golden. While frying, chop celery stalks, carrot and garlic cloves. Add them to the wok and keep frying they soften.
Boil water with salt for spaghetti. Cook until almost done.
Meanwhile, add ground beef to the wok and crumble it with a spatula, add crushed tomatoes and spices, mix everything and keep cooking on low heat.
Right before the spaghetti is done, drain it and toss it with the meat sauce. Cook for few more minutes.
Serve hot with chopped parsley on top.
